Summertime in the Burg is a great place to spend time with the fam.

The city’s public pool is also open during summer if your kiddos need some action-packed playtime.
  • Have a flick – Grab a line and a pole and take the kiddies for a sunset flick.

Fall Fun

We like our extra long summers, but when the breeze starts getting cool, there’s some fun indoor activities for kids too!

  • Visit the Remington Museum “Kid’s Place” – Kid’s Place will keep your kiddos busy with interactive exhibits, a magnetic fishing experience from a giant canoe, a western-themed dress-up bin, a life-sized horse for kids to brush and saddle, and an art studio fully stocked with art materials and projects. Perhaps best of all, Kid’s Place is free for kids & guardians.
